I wrote this program probably over a year ago.
I finally got around to wrapping an installer around it.
The freeware version of Advanced Installer seemed to do the trick.
Basically you create your own .fll files. An editor is NOT included, so use your favorite text editor. Anyway, when you double click the file a pop-up menu shows you a selection of files to launch (need not be executables (damn I'm such a paren whore, where's my dash?)).
