Bad GameFly
Gamefly made several mistakes that resulted in me receiving the same game three times! They handled the situation poorly. That along with slow turn around times on games, I decided to drop the service.


Above is the message that I received when I tried to cancel. How low can a company sink if they initiate automated haggling? Instead of giving their best price to everyone all the time, those of us that are ready to cancel get “the deal”. Of course I canceled my membership anyway; but I wanted to share my disgust.
